Uncial 091 (Gregory-Aland), is a Greek uncial manuscript of the New Testament, dated paleographically to the 6th century. The codex contains a small parts of the Gospel of John 6:13-14.22-24, on one parchment leave (32 cm by 28 cm). Written in two columns per page, 23 lines per page, in large uncial letters.Kurt Aland, and Barbara Aland, "The Text of the New Testament: An Introduction to the Critical Editions and to the Theory and Practice of Modern Textual Criticism", transl. The codex now is located in Russian National Library (Gr. 279) [Uncial 089 has a catalogue number Gr. 280 in the same library. ] in Saint Petersburg.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type with some allien readings. Aland placed it in Category II.
