Major General Nathanael Greene is a bronze equestrian statue, by Henry Kirke Brown.[1] It is located in Stanton Park, Northeast, Washington, D.C., in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.[2]

The inscription reads:

A NATIVE OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

AND COMMANDER OF THEIR ARMY IN THE SOUTHERN DEPARTMENT
