K. C. Wolf is the official
mascot of theNational Football League 'sKansas City Chiefs . He was first introduced in1989 as a successor for Warpaint, a horse ridden by a man in full Indian chiefheaddress , and a failed attempt at a caricatured Native American mascot from the mid-1980s . On September 23, 2007 K. C. Wolf aided security guards in taking down a fan who had come on the field. He followed with a display of bodybuilding poses (muscle flexing).
