Arthur McArthur Devlin (October 161879—September 181948) was a Major League Baseball player from by|1904 to by|1913.

A native of Washington, D.C., Art Devlin spent most of his 9-year baseball career with the New York Giants, where he started as their third baseman in 1904. He was traded to the Boston Braves in 1911, where he played for two years as a backup infielder until his retirement in 1913.

An alumnus of Georgetown University, Art Devlin died in Jersey City, New Jersey a month before his 69th birthday.
