Koudekerk aan den Rijn (coord|52|8|N|4|36|E|type:city(4280)) is a village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Rijnwoude, and lies about 4 km west of Alphen aan de Rijn.

Koudekerk aan den Rijn was a separate municipality until 1991, when it became part of Rijneveld. Until 1938, the municipality was just called Koudekerk.
