*24 October 1972 - Michael Naan (35) and Andrew Murray (25), Catholic civilians, were found stabbed to death at the Naan farm at Aughinahinch, near Newtownbutler. It is alleged that they were killed by the British Army (as per [http://cain.ulst.ac.uk/sutton/chron/] ).
