The Avaz Twist Tower or (also called ATT) located in Marijin dvor, Sarajevo will be the new headquarter for Avaz, the most popular Bosnia and Herzegovina newspaper company.

The biggest tower in Balkans (2007)

The tower is located in Marijin Dvor, Sarajevo's business district, which has recently been renovated with the plans for the Unitic 3 and Grand Media Center. Construction began in 2006 and it is expected to be completed some time in 2008. The Avaz Twist Tower will hold the record for being the Balkan's tallest tower and one of the most interesting towers in Europe. It is made up of a twisting glass facade and will be 142 meters tall with a 30 meter antenna reaching a total height of 172 meters. However, with the reconstruction of the Avala TV Tower in Belgrade, by the end of 2008, the latter will take the title for the Balkan's tallest tower.

Before the Avaz Twist Tower

Before the Avaz Twist Tower, the Bosmal City Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina held the record for being the tallest towers in Bosnia, whilst Ušće Tower was the tallest in the Balkans (Belgrade, Serbia at 141 Meters tall). Avaz's current headquarters have been turned into a hotel and offices. The hotel is a 5 star hotel owned by Fahrudin Radoncic and goes by the name of The Radon Plaza Hotel.
