2004 European Football Championship qualification coefficients

The qualification coefficients for the 2004 European Football Championship are the 6th criteria for sorting teams in the group stage of the competition who were level on points. The criteria are:
# greater number of points in the matches between the teams in question.
# goal difference from matches between the teams in question.
# greater number of goals scored in matches between the teams in question.
# goal difference resulting from all three group games.
# greater number of goals scored in all group games.
# qualification coefficient.
# fair play ranking.
# drawing of lots by the Committee for the European Championship only applicable if more than two teams are level.

The coefficients are calculated as the points earned per game in the qualification for Euro 2004 and the 2002 World Cup.
