Corporate Overview

Headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, NetCracker Technology Corporation provides Operations Support System (OSS) solutions to Communications Service Providers (CSPs) worldwide. Since its founding in 1993, NetCracker has grown to over 1000 employees with offices around the world. In June 2008, NEC announced a definitive agreement to acquire NetCracker Technology.
