Ski jumping Continental Cup

Ski jumping Continental Cup

The FIS Ski jumping Continental Cup is arranged yearly by the International Ski Federation (FIS). It's the second highest Ski jumping cup level, only surpassed by the Ski jumping World Cup. The cup usually consist of juniors, or jumpers who's fighting for a spot on his nations World Cup team. Some jumpers shifts between the World Cup and the Continental Cup, and therefore, the winner of the Continental Cup is not necessarily the best jumper.

The women's Continental Cup is the highest level ski jumping cup for women since there is no Ski jumping World Cup for women.
