Ray Smock

Ray Smock is the director of the Robert C. Byrd Center for Legislative Studies at Shepherd University, a former Historian of the United States House of Representatives, the current the president of the Association of Centers for the Study of Congress, and, as of 2006, a board member of the West Virginia Humanities Council.
