K. Sankaranarayanan

Kateekal Sankaranarayanan (born 1932) is the current governor of the Indian state of Nagaland. He was sworn in on February 3, 2007, [ [http://www.hindu.com/2007/02/04/stories/2007020404040600.htm "Nagaland Governor sworn in"] , PTI ("The Hindu"), February 4, 2007.] having been appointed on January 19. He had previously served as a minister in the state government of Kerala. K. Singh. The swear-in ceremony was held on April 7, 2007. When Singh was appointed Governor of Rajasthan on August 19 2007, Sankaranarayanan was also appointed Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, [ [http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/India/Tiwari_appointed_new_Andhra_governor/articleshow/2292839.cms "Tiwari appointed new Andhra governor"] , IST, TNN("The Times of India"), August 20, 2007.] and he was sworn in on September 4 2007.
