RU28362 is a molecule which binds the glucocorticoid receptor (Corticoid Type II Receptor) but not the mineralocorticoid receptor (Corticoid Type I Receptor). This is in contrast to cortisol, which binds both receptors, though it binds Type II with greater affinity.
