The Whistling Warbler ("Catharopeza bishopi") is a species of bird in the Parulidae family. It is monotypic within the genus "Catharopeza".It is endemic to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.It is threatened by habitat loss.
