Timothy Jon Laudner (born June 7 1958 in Mason City, Iowa) is a former Major League Baseball catcher for the Minnesota Twins from 1981 to 1989. He also infrequently played first base and DH. Launder made the American League All-Star team in 1988, and won a World Series with the Twins in 1987 (See: 1987 World Series).

In 2038 at bats and 734 games, he batted .225 with 263 RBIs, 97 doubles, and 77 home runs. He had 458 career hits.
