Mack Rhoades

Mack Rhoades

Mack Rhoades IV is the current athletic director at the University of Akron. He was hired in December 2005 after former Akron Zips athletic director Mike Thomas took the same position at the University of Cincinnati.

Rhoades is a former senior associate and assistant athletic director at University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to his arrival at Akron, he had worked in the UTEP athletics department since 1998.
