Jane C. Ginsburg (born 1955) is the Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law at the Columbia Law School. She also directs the law school's Kernochan Center For Law, Media and the Arts.

Ms. Ginsburg attended The Brearley School. An expert on copyright, Ginsburg has written various treatises and law review articles. She holds degrees from the University of Chicago, Harvard Law School, and the University of Paris. At Harvard, she served as an editor of the "Harvard Law Review".

She is the daughter of United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and law professor Martin Ginsburg, both of whom also used to serve on the Columbia Law School faculty.

She lives with her husband, George T. Spera, Jr., who works for noted law firm Shearman & Sterling, and her two children, Paul Spera, a Yale graduate, and Clara Spera.
