Сирс, Робак и Компания, англ. Sears, Roebuck and Company, ранее известен как «Сирс» — американская международная торговая сеть, которую основали Ричард Уоррен Сирс и Алва Робак в конце XIX века.

Новацией компании было то, что она поставляла товары по почте. Начав с этой деятельности, к середине XX века компания стала крупнейшим розничным торговцем США, а её каталоги получили всемирную известность. Компания упоминается во многих известных литературных произведениях. Тем не менее, после 2-й мировой войны клиентура компании значительно сузилась в результате конкуренции, а также изменений в демографии — её крупные магазины была расположены в сельской местности и в центральной части городов, тогда как население в основном перемещалось в пригороды. Со временем их каталоги были сильно сокращены.

В начале 2005 г. компания, ранее включавшаяся в промышленный рейтинг Доу-Джонса (en:Dow Jones Industrial Average),[1] слилась с компанией Kmart с образованием компании Sears Holdings Corporation.
